The
aim of this project was to re-form a telephone to make it look serious.
I associated seriousness with authority, intense nature and determination
and took up the challenge NOt to make it too practical and mundane. I
tried to add curves to a rather aboviously straight-lined object as an
experiment. The final product consists of a solid base, Roman numbers
on typewriter buttons, a big emergency button and a thin beam of light
emitted from the column which is symbolic of inner fire, individuality
and single-minded focus on one's goals.
